The Promoter 

  • The promoter is Flight Centre (NZ) Limited trading as Corporate Traveller (NZBN 9429039591678) of Level 4, 124 Vincent Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010 ("Promoter").

The Promotion

  • The Promoter is offering eligible new Corporate Traveller customers the chance to win $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights during the Promotion Period.   
  • The $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights is provided by Flight Centre (NZ) Limited trading as Corporate Traveller.
  •  A maximum of one (1) $10,000 prize in Air New Zealand flights will be issued across the entire promotion. 

Promotion Period   

  • The promotion will will end at 5:00pm NZST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"), unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

Eligability

  • To be eligible to win the $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights, a business must:
  1. be set up as a new corporate customer of Corporate Traveller by 5pm, 31 July 2026 after going to corporatetraveller.co.nz and enquiring about becoming a Corporate Traveller customer; and 
  2. have the Schedule of Fees signed; and 
  3. be actively booking business travel with Corporate Traveller by 31 October 2026 and tracking for a forecasted spend of $100,000 per annum. 
  • This offer is not available to existing Corporate Traveller customers, employees of Flight Centre (NZ) Limited, its related companies, agencies, licensees, franchisees, independent contractors, brokers, or their immediate families.
  • Eligible entrants will be confirmed by Corporate Traveller based on the eligibility criteria set out above.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and onboarding completion at any time.

Entry Details

  • The winner of the $10,000 Air New Zealand flights will be drawn on 31 October 2026.
  • The winner will be drawn at random from amongst all eligible qualifying new Corporate Traveller customers.
  • The winner will be notified by phone or email.

Prize Conditions — $10,000 Air New Zealand Flights

  • The $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights can be used for future business travel bookings with Corporate Traveller and must be booked directly with Corporate Traveller.
  • Prize funds are redeemable exclusively for Air New Zealand flights. Standard Corporate Traveller booking fees apply and cannot be offset using the prize funds.
  • The $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights can be used across multiple bookings.
  • The $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused Air New Zealand flights will expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Bookings can be made using the $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights for travel dates beyond 12 months from the date of issue.
  • The $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or travel vouchers. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • All bookings made using the $10,000 in Air New Zealand flights are subject to Corporate Traveller's standard booking terms and conditions, available at www.corporatetraveller.co.nz/booking-terms.

General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable Corporate Traveller to administer and promote this promotion and to contact the prize winner. Entrants agree that Corporate Traveller may handle their personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.corporatetraveller.co.nz/privacy. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.
  •  If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to receive the prize.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
  1. inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entrant information; 
  2. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or networks, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  3. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service, whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; 
  4. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the promotion; or 
  5. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.
