Comments by Tom Walley, Corporate Traveller Global Managing Director

“Corporate Traveller has always believed business travel is about more than getting people from A to B. It’s about helping businesses grow, supporting travellers on the road, and delivering real value. This year, that commitment has never been stronger.”

“We’ve continued to invest in innovative solutions like CT Pay and our ROI Dashboard, giving customers greater visibility, stronger financial control and a clearer understanding of the value their travel programs deliver.

“What I’m most proud of, however, is that our success continues to be driven by our people. Our customers continuously tell us it’s the expertise, responsiveness and care of their Travel Managers that make the difference. Whether it’s supporting a complex VIP itinerary or solving a last-minute disruption, our teams consistently go above and beyond.

“That focus on service continues to drive exceptional customer loyalty. This year, we retained 94 per cent of our customers and maintained industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. We now support thousands of VIP travellers around the world who continue to choose Corporate Traveller because they know they’ll receive genuine, personalised support.

“We remain committed to delivering the personalised service that sets Corporate Traveller apart.

“As we look ahead, our priority remains simple: investing in our people, enhancing the technology that supports them, and continuing to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

“Thank you to our customers for your trust and partnership. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support your business.

“Finally, I want to thank our people. Our customers consistently tell us that it’s the relationship they have with their Travel Manager that keeps them coming back, and that's a testament to the dedication, expertise and care our people bring to their work.”

FY26 Annual Result comments Terence Blokker, CFO FCTG New Zealand

“Flight Centre Travel Group New Zealand delivered 14% TTV growth in FY26, despite geopolitical factors impacting the second half of the year.

“Corporate Traveller New Zealand has had another record TTV and profit year in FY26, with double digit growth and key new business wins.

“The brand continues to focus on simplifying the customer experience and removing common pain points for Kiwi SMEs, with the introduction of key initiatives including CT Pay and NDC enabled content within our CT online booking platform.

“Corporate Traveller New Zealand also achieved the highest overall customer satisfaction score for Corporate Traveller globally.

“Being recognised once again as a certified Great Place to Work was another highlight of the year. We’re especially proud that the average tenure of our people is now nine years, with more than 40 per cent of our team having been with us for over a decade. We’re also committed to helping our people grow their careers with us, and it’s great to see more than a third of our roles filled came from internal moves, something we call our brightness of future.

“It’s our people that have made this year’s result possible and the passion they bring every day to deliver amazing travel experiences for our customers. This gives us great momentum as we head into FY27.”
