A steady stream of diners make the trip to Sentosa to try Chinese classics with a twist at Blue Lotus. Start with light bites such as the crispy fried salmon skin with salted egg yolk and lime zest. If you are eating with a group of friends, the suckling pig is the go-to dish.

There is a lot to love about Gibson. Red leather banquettes, green bar chairs, a marble-topped bar and a menu of creative cocktails. What really keeps people coming back to this shophouse bar is the laidback vibe and friendly service.

Take a walk along Haji Lane for a hit of urban chic. Enjoy the eye-catching street art and cute cafes and shops tucked into colourful Chinese shophouses.
Gardens by the Bay
This 100 hectare park is known for its two huge conservatories and the soaring Skytrees which put on a dazzling light show every night. The gardens are open until 2am making it a great option for an after-dinner stroll.
Treat your feet
Head to Chinatown for a cheap-as-chips foot massage. The experience isn't always gentle but you will leave feeling rejuvenated.
Top tip
You are in the tropics here, so don’t give in to the temptation to walk between meetings. Talk to your Travel Manager about private transfer options to make sure you're not turning up to meetings a tad damp.
