PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Promoter
1. The promoter is Flight Centre (NZ) Limited trading as Corporate Traveller (NZBN 9429039591678) of Level 4, 124 Vincent Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010 (“Promoter”).

The Promotion
2. Be one of the first 10 new customers to come onboard with Corporate Traveller between 16 February 2026 and 16 March 2026 with an annual travel spend of NZD$100,000 or more and pick your travel perk.

Duration of Promotion Period
3. The promotion will commence at 9am NZST on 16 February 2026 and will end at 5pm NZST on 16 March 2026 ("Promotion Period") unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

Eligibility

4. To be eligible for the Pick Your Perk promotion, a business must be one of the first 10 new customers to come onboard with Corporate Traveller between 16 February 2026 and 16 March 2026 and:

  • a. be set up as a new Corporate Traveller customer;
  • b. sign an agreed Schedule of Fees with Corporate Traveller; and
  • c. have a minimum forecasted business travel spend of NZD$100,000 annum, (“Eligible Customers”).

5. Eligible Customers will be confirmed by Corporate Traveller based on eligibility criteria

6. This offer is not available to existing Corporate Traveller customers, employees of Flight Centre (NZ) Limited, its related companies, agencies, licensees, franchisees, independent contractors, brokers, or their immediate families.

Conditions of Offer

7. Eligible Customers may select one (1) perk from the three (3) available options as detailed below.

8. Perks are subject to availability.

9. Once a perk has been selected, it cannot be changed, exchanged or substituted.

10. Perks are not transferable, redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or other offers.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and onboarding completion.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. All bookings for awarded perks are subject to the Promoter’s booking terms and conditions, available at: https://www.corporatetraveller.co.nz/booking-terms and the terms and conditions of the third party supplier.

Perks

1. Scenic Hotel Group Perk
Perk includes:

  • Two (2) nights’ accommodation - for one person, one standard room, for a two-night stay including breakfast at any Scenic Hotel Group property in New Zealand, excluding Legacy Te Waonui Hotel.

Validity:

  • Perk must be booked and stay completed by 30 September 2026

Additional Terms:

  • Subject to availability. Scenic Hotel Group reserves the right to close out dates on which bookings will not be accepted.
  • Perk bookings can only be made by the Promoter.
  • Perk is not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
  • Perk is not transferable and must not be sold, exchanged or traded.
  • Scenic Hotel Group booking terms and conditions apply.

2. Avis Car Rental Perk
Perk includes:

  • Five (5) days car rental – Group P (Intermediate Sedan – Hyundai Elantra or similar) with unlimited kilometres – includes standard motor vehicle insurance and airport fees.

Exclusions:

  • Fuel and any additional or optional services are the responsibility of the renter.
  • One-way hires are excluded.

Driver and Payment Conditions:

  • A valid credit card must be presented at the time of vehicle collection.
  • The credit card must be in the renter’s name, embossed on the front and signed on the back.
  • The driver must be 21 years of age or over and hold a current, valid full driver’s licenc3

Insurance

  • Standard insurance is included. Additional insurance options may be offered at the time of vehicle collection and are optional

Validity and Blackout Period:

  • Perk must be claimed and travel completed by 30 November 2026.
  • Blackout period applies for rentals between 16 March 2026 and 31 March 2026.

Booking Requirements:

  • Bookings must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to travel.
  • Perk bookings can only be made by the Promoter.

General:

  • Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or able to be sold or exchanged.
  • Vehicle availability and upgrades are subject to availability at time of booking.
  • Avis Rent a Car New Zealand Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Air New Zealand Koru Membership Perk
Perk includes:

  • One (1) 12 month Air New Zealand Koru Bronze Membership

Conditions:

General 
14. Eligible Customers agree that the Promoter will handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: https://www.corporatetraveller.co.nz/privacy. Eligible Customers agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes. If an Eligible Customer does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to receive the Perk.

15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

  • a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of Eligible Customer information;
  • b. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  • c. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
  • d. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the promotion; or
  • e. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.
