Corporate Traveller New Zealand Christmas Campaign $1000 Travel Credit Offer


PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Promoter

1.The promoter is Flight Centre (NZ) Limited trading as Corporate Traveller NZBN 9429039591678 of Level 4, 124 Vincent Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010 (“Promoter”).

The Promotion

2. Come onboard with Corporate Traveller as a new customer with an annual travel spend of NZD$100,000 or more, and we will give you either a Flight Centre gift card or Corporate Traveller business travel credit to the value of NZD$1,000.

Duration of Promotion Period

The promotion starts 9am NZST on 17/11/25 and ends 5pm NZST on 24/12/2025 ("Promotion Period") unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

Conditions of Offer  

4. Offer is open to new clients of the Promoter’s Corporate Traveller brand (“Eligible Clients”).

5. Eligible Clients will be entitled to either a Flight Centre gift card or Corporate Traveller business travel credit to the value of NZD$1,000 where the following criteria are met (the “Qualifying Criteria”):

  • a. The new customer must sign an agreed upon Schedule of Fees with Corporate Traveller and be onboarded with Corporate Traveller.
  • b. If the referred customer’s Total Closed Won TTV in Salesforce is NZD$100,000 or more, we will provide your business with either a Flight Centre gift card or Corporate Traveller business travel credit to the value of NZD$1,000.

When and how will I receive the NZD $1,000 credit?

6. Eligible Clients who meet the Qualifying Criteria will receive either a Flight Centre gift card or Corporate Traveller business travel credit to the value of NZD$1,000.

7. Eligible Clients who meet the Qualifying Criteria may choose either the gift card or the travel credit.  

8. The gift card or travel credit will be issued after the new customer’s first day of trading with Corporate Traveller.  

Flight Centre Gift Card details

9. The following terms and conditions apply to gift cards:

  • a. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or redeemed.  
  • b. Gift cards are redeemable online and in-store at Flight Centre NZ stores and are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent products.  
  • c. Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of issue. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of gift cards will not be refunded or credited.

Corporate Traveller Business Travel Credit details  

15. The following terms and conditions apply to travel credit:

16. Eligible Clients choosing Corporate Traveller business travel credit will be issued with travel credit to the value of NZD$1,000 to be used with Corporate Traveller.  

17. Travel credit can be used for any future business travel booked with Corporate Traveller within 12 months from the date of issue, inclusive of travel fares and any associated Corporate Traveller fees.

18. Eligible Clients must take the travel credit as offered. The travel credit is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.  The travel credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

General

Eligible Clients agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: https://www.corptraveller.com/en-nz/privacy.  Eligible Clients agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.  If an Eligible Client does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to receive the CT Referral Bonus.

21. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

  • a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
  • b. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  • c. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
  • d. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the promotion; or
  • e. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.
